*Ube and pandan are popular ingredients in Filipino desserts. Ube is a purple yam with a subtle, sweet flavor similar to the taro root. Pandan is a tropical plant whose sweet flavor is a mix of coconut, citrus, and nut.
All macarons are made with almond flour and are gluten-free.
